My name is Patricia. I'm a personal trainer, psychologist and coach. I love adventures, big or small, and want to experience as much of life as there is still to experience, so I'm determined to stay as strong and well as I can in this 'second half' of life.
I trained as a PT in 2018 after my own journey getting fit and losing weight radically changed how I felt about myself and my body. With my background in psychology to support mindset shifts, I felt I could help people new to exercise find simple ways to get fit and healthy.
Since then, I’ve with worked with clients one-to-one and in groups, but my approach has evolved beyond just personal training and fitness bootcamps. In recent years, life has thrown me a number of curve balls that have taught me so much more than I could ever learn on a course and I try to integrate this where appropriate.
As a result, I’m now much better equipped to understand you, the whole person, the adversity you’re facing and the resilience you’ve had to find to make it this far.
In the midst of everything I was going through, I often wished I had a coach or guide who could help me unpick it all and make some sense, someone to help me prioritise what I could do to make life feel a bit more manageable.
I kept plugging away at the core, the 'foundations'. I learnt a lot along the way. Some things that worked. Some things that didn’t.
And this is where I can help you now, by coming alongside you to guide you to the things that work for you, and keep you motivated and supported when you feel like giving up.
