I work with women in their 40s and beyond as a coach and personal trainer.
Coaching sessions are tailored to your individual needs.
We start with taking stock of where you're at, what you're struggling with and setting a clear vision of where you want to be.
We cover the four foundations: fitness, nutrition, mindset, and rest and restoration.
If you've been dealing with chronic stress, grief or trauma, we might spend time understanding and supporting your nervous system to help you come out of a 'survival state'. For most people, this is a necessary first step for the future change that is to follow.
If exercise is something you know you need to do, but you're not sure where to start, we might focus on putting together a workout programme that is fun and simple to follow. We'll make sure you're listening to your body and not pushing beyond your current limits.
If resilience and perseverance is an issue, we might have some coaching sessions around goals and techniques that help you keep on track. We might cover concepts like growth vs fixed mindset, or gratitude practices and why they work.
If you know your eating habits aren't the best, we might look at some of your patterns around nutrition and make the shift towards healthier eating that nourishes and sustains your body and wellbeing.
